In the Spotlight

Alex Rotan is a sweet Labrador Retriever who had gained a little too much weight over the years. The extra pounds had affected his energy level and hampered his ability to play. His mom, Beth, began to worry about his size and tried to help him by reducing his food intake. This approach was not as successful as they had hoped, so extra help was needed.

After an exam that included full bloodwork to rule out any underlying problems, we started Alex on Slentrol by Pfizer which is a weight loss aid for dogs. He has gone from 113 pounds to 72 pounds in a little over a year! He is now far more active with increased energy and mobility.

Alex's health has been greatly enhanced by this combination of diligent owners and a healthy weight loss program.
